  • Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days, depending on your region.

Packaging and Sustainability

We believe in beautiful, eco-conscious presentation. Your order is wrapped in protective kraft paper, placed in an inner box, and secured within a sturdy outer carton. Our packaging is minimal, eco-friendly, and presentable enough for direct gifting.

Cancel an order

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note: cancellations are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items once production has begun.

Return and Exchange

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item:

  • Contact us and Ship back: Within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Exclusions: Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Personalization options

Make it yours! We can stamp names or initials onto your leather covers. Options include:

  • Blind embossing (no color, deep impression)
  • Gold hot stamping
  • Silver hot stamping

To add a name or initials, please use the "Add personalization" box at checkout. For custom logos or specific files, please message us first to discuss the requirements.

To ensure your leather and paper products last a lifetime:

  • Environment: Keep away from excessive moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Maintenace: Keep surfaces clean and dry.
  • Leather character: We use genuine vegetable-tanned leather. Because this is a natural material, slight variations in color and finish are normal. These unique characteristics ensure that no two items are exactly alike.
