Our Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Personalized items: Products that have been customized with names or initials cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or there was an error on our part in the personalization.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. For defective or incorrect items, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without receiving prior authorization and instructions from us.

Return Shipping:

  • For Non-Defective Items (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen): You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in your order on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Refunds (for eligible returns):

Defective or Incorrect Items:

We thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and will cover any associated shipping costs.
